Presentation of the Matchmaker accessories

A range of modular die-pressed stainless steel accessories manufactured in the European Union. The accessories are of the Garolla type destined mainly for use with pumps enabling the inlets and the outlets to be adapted with male, female, weld, or pipe couplings of the size required to fit the installation where the pump is to be put into service. The thread used is European gas (pipe) thread.

The Matchmaker range includes pipe couplings, half couplings with male, female, or weld ends, clamps, coupling seals, blind caps, reducer pieces, and rubber seals. The range is made from stainless steel aisi 304 and is pressed without any welds.

The range of accessories therefore features

-Die-pressed stainless steel aisi 304
-Sizes 30mm through 100mm
-Light weight for transport and handling purposes.
-Optimum ratio of cost to quality
-Nominal pressure 10 bar.

The photograph shows a typical combination. Groups can also be formed with male and/or female and/or weld half-couplings. Double groups are possible with the reducers.

Lead time

Time shall not be of the essence of the contract unless expressly agreed from time to time between the parties.

Goods ordered systematically or according to a set ordering programme will be purpose held in stock. For goods not in stock allow at least 21 working days for despatch.

WARNING!! European factories are normally closed throughout August and the Christmas/New Year period.

Forwarding agent

If you are not in the European Union, please be sure to nominate your carrier and, where applicable, your customs agent, and detail your routing instructions.

Insurance and passage of liability

Liability passes to the buyer at the moment of loading on board truck at the warehouse in the Netherlands.

Please advise whether insurance is to be arranged. The minimum cost of an insurance certificate is approximately US$65.

Packing

Packing is in reinforced cardboard cartons.
Packing of larger orders in wooden crates where required costs US$ 26 a forfeit extra per crate.

0000-0100 units: net
0101-0250 units: 05%
0251-0500 units: 7.5%
0501-1000 units: 10%
1001-2500 units: 12.5%
Over 2500 units: 15%

Payment

Payments outside of the European Union must be adequately covered by way of irrevocable letter of credit issued by a leading bank or made in advance or otherwise to be agreed.
Within the European Union, payments against documents will be accepted for orders up to a value of US$10.000.

Within the European Union, payment at 30 days net with disount 2% for payment within 10 days may, subject always to bank information, be negotiated for clients with a firm ordering programme.
