Presentation of the Supporter flanges.
A range of die-pressed stainless steel two piece flanges manufactured in Europe to ISO 90002 norms. The Supporter flanges are destined mainly for use with pumps, valves and production lines.
The first part of the flange is an outer ring with holes for bolting to the relative counter-flange. The second part is an internal disc which is welded onto the end of the pipe or pump/valve inlet or outlet. The solution adopted enables welding to be carried our independently of the position of the holes in the outer ring, which, as they are free to turn, can be positioned perfectly against the counter-flange as shown in the drawing below.

Installation of the Supporter flanges
The pipe (or valve or pump inlet or outlet) (3) is welded to the internal disc (1) AFTER having positioned the external flange part (2) on the pipe (or pump or valve inlet or outlet as the case may be)(3) so that the external part (2) of the flange, which has the holes for bolting to the counter-flange, is free to spin around to align correctly with the holes in the counter-flange.

All prices are subject to change without notice and to eventual involuntary errors and omissions. Contractual relations are formed only when the supplier has confirmed a quotation for the goods in question together with delivery and payment conditions and these have been expressly accepted by the buyer.
All prices are ex-works Europe or ex-warehouse Netherlands and exclude VAT and all other taxes.

Lead time
Time shall not be of the essence of the contract unless expressly agreed from time to time between the parties.
Small orders can usually be supplied from stock. Goods ordered systematically or according to a set ordering programme will be purpose held in stock. For goods not in stock allow at least 21 working days for despatch.
WARNING!! European factories are normally closed throughout August and the Christmas/New Year period.

If you are not in the European Union, please be sure to nominate your carrier and, where applicable, your customs agent, and detail your routing instructions.
Insurance and passage of liability
Liability passes to the buyer at the moment of loading on board truck at warehouse in the Netherlands.
Please advise whether insurance is to be arranged. The minimum cost any one insurance certificate is approximately US$65.
Packing
Weight is the qualifying factor, given the heavy weight of the product against volume.
To facilitate handling, standard packing is loose in sacks.
Packing in reinforced cardboard cartons is often suitable for small orders.
Packing of larger orders in wooden crates where required costs US$ 26 a forfeit extra per crate.
Discount structures
0000-0100 units: net
0101-0250 units: 05%
0251-0500 units: 7.5%
0501-1000 units: 10%
1001-2500 units: 12.5%
Over 2500 units: 15%
Payment
Payments outside of the European Union must be adequately covered by way of irrevocable letter of credit issued by a leading bank or made in advance or otherwise to be agreed.
Within the European Union, payments against documents will be accepted for orders up to a value of US$10.000.
Within the European Union, payment at 30 days net with disount 2% for payment within 10 days may, subject always to bank information, be negotiated for clients with a firm ordering programme.
