IMPRESS DIE-PRESSED STAINLESS STEEL BALL VALVES

Presentation

A range of low pressure full bore die-pressed stainless steel three piece ball valves. The ball valves are available in any combination female-female, female-male, female-weld, male-male, male-weld, or weld-weld for general use wherever the use of stainless steel equipment is recommended. The ball valves can also be supplied flanged on one or both sides. A kit for the adaptation of the valves for use with actuators is also available on request.

Applications

From depuration plants to machinery in the textiles, galvanics, light chemicals, petrochemicals, wine and alimentary industries where strictly sanitary valves are not required, tanker trucks, tanks and cisterns and more generally where stainless steel equipment is for quality reasons preferred to other materials. The ball valves can be used with all liquids compatible with both the type of stainless steel (Aisi 304 or 316) used and with the teflon seals.

-Balls die-pressed from stainless steel sheet metal without welding.
-Temperatures up to 100 degrees C.
-Resistance to vacuum up to 10-3 Torr

All prices are subject to change without notice and to eventual involuntary errors and omissions. Contractual relations between the parties are formed when the supplier has formalised its quotation to the buyer together with delivery and payment conditions and these have been expressly accepted by the buyer. All prices are ex-warehouse Netherlands and exclude VAT and all other taxes.

Lead time

Time shall not be of the essence of the contract. Goods ordered systematically or according to a firm ordering programme will be purpose held in stock. For goods not in stock allow at least 21 working days for despatch.

WARNING!! European factories are normally closed throughout August and the Christmas/New Year period.

If you are not in the European Union, please be sure to nominate your carrier and, where applicable, your customs agent, and detail your routing instructions.

Insurance and passage of liability

Liability passes to the buyer at the moment of loading on board truck at the warehouse in the Netherlands.
Please advise whether insurance is to be arranged. The minimum cost any one insurance certificate is approximately US$65.

Packing

Impress ball valves from 1/2" through 1 1/4" are packed two to a cardboard box measuring 22cm x 11.5cm x 7.5cm. 50 boxes (100 valves) therefore occupy 0.10m3 approx. Handles are supplied loose inside each box. The boxes of two are then put inside a reinforced cardboard box. Wooden crates for ocean freight cost Nlg 50 (Us$26) extra.

Impress ball valves from 1 1/2" and 2" are packed two to a cardboard box measuring 26.5cm x 13.5cm x 9.5cm. 50 boxes (100 valves) therefore occupy 0.17m3 approx. Handles are supplied loose inside each box. The boxes of two are then put inside a reinforced cardboard box. Wooden crates for ocean freight cost Nlg 50 (Us$26) extra.

Impress ball valves from 2 1/2" through 4" are packed two to a cardboard box measuring 40cm x 25cm x 20cm. 50 boxes (100 valves) therefore occupy 1m3 approx. Handles are supplied loose inside each box. The boxes of two are then put inside a reinforced cardboard box. Wooden crates for ocean freight cost Us$26 extra.

Discount structures

0000-050 units: net
051-100 units: 2.5%
101-250 units: 5%
251-500 units: 7.5%
Over 500 units: 10%

Payment

Payments outside of the European Union must be adequately covered by way of irrevocable letter of credit issued by a leading bank or made in advance or otherwise to be agreed.
Within the European Union, payments against documents will be accepted for orders up to a value of US$10.000.
Within the European Union, payment at 30 days net with disount 2% for payment within 10 days may, subject always to bank information, be negotiated for clients with a firm ordering programme.
