Lead time

Allow 21 working days for despatch of goods. Allow more for RJT and SMS or special executions.
WARNING!! European factories are usually closed throughout August and the Christmas/New Year period.

Please be sure to nominate your carrier and, where applicable, your customs agent, and detail your routing instructions.

Insurance and passage of liability

Liability passes to the buyer at the moment of loading on board truck at the warehouse in the Netherlands.
Please advise whether insurance is to be arranged. The minimum cost any one insurance certificate is approximately US$65.

Discount structures

001-010 units: net
011-025 units: 5%
026-050 units: 10%
051-100 units: 15%
101-500 units: 17,5%
Over 500 units:20%

Payment

Payments must be adequately covered by way of irrevocable letter of credit issued by a leading bank or made in advance. Within the European Union, payments against documents will be accepted for orders up to a value of US$10.000.
