Description of the bare shaft Flexmaster BS rotary vane pumps
A range of bare-shaft flexible impeller (or rotary vane) pumps made from die-pressed stainless steel aisi 304 with capacities up to 16.8m3 per hour and heads up to 25m. for use in particular with dense or delicate liquids including liquids containing solids in suspension, where slow speeds are preferred. The Flexmaster BS pumps are manufactured in Europe in accordance with European Union laws. The Flexmaster BS pumps treat the liquids handled particularly delicately. The liquid remains within the impeller vanes for just one quarter of one turn before being ejected into the outlet pipe. The Flexmaster BS pumps are also available with by-pass allowing pressure and flow control down to about 35% of the normal pump capacity. Flexmaster BS pumps feature :

*Temperature -10 degrees C to +70 degrees centigrade for normal operation, temperature up to +90 degrees C. for cleaning.

*Reversibility of flow.
*By-pass available as an optional.
Applications
Flexmaster BS pumps are for use with non-aggressive liquids and in particular:
ALIMENTARY LIQUIDS
Wine, grapes without stalks, fruit juices, tomato sauce, edible oils, beer, butter and melted cheese, cream, condensed milk, eggs, honey, yoghurt, jam, liquid sugar, glucose and alimentary liquids generally where strictly sanitary pumps are not required. For hygienic sanitary pumps requirements please refer to Milky Whey RV Sanitary rotary vane pumps and Milky Whey sanitary centrifugal pumps.
PHARMACEUTICAL LIQUIDS
Wax, liquid soaps, creams, syrups, shampoos etc
LIQUIDS IN THE LIGHT CHEMICALS INDUSTRIES
Starch, water based glues, emulsions, glycerine, glycols, latex, animal and vegetable fats.
Do NOT use Flexmaster BS pumps for:
Liquids which are generally aggressive and dangerous to health and to persons animals and things in general, such by way of example as acids, solvents, naphtalene, chloric acid, hydrochloric acid in any concentration, hydrofluoric acid, muriatic acid, sulphuric acid, hydrobromic acid, molten antimony and aluminium, ammonia, sulphur chloride.
Flexmaster BS pumps must not be used with normal operating temperatures higher than 70 degrees C. except for short periods for cleaning purposes, when temperatures must not exceed 90 degrees C.

Insurance and passage of liability
Liability passes to the buyer at the moment of loading on board truck at the warehouse in the Netherlands.
Please advise whether insurance is to be arranged. Bear in mind that insurance can be very expensive for small orders as the minimum cost any one insurance certificate is approximately Euro 65. Buyers therefore have every interest in arranging their own insurance coverage, especially when small consignments are involved.

Payment
Payments must be adequately covered by way of irrevocable letter of credit issued by a leading bank or made in advance. Within the European Union, and subject always to bank references, payments against documents will be accepted for orders up to a value of Euro10.000.
